By accessing and using Trendzlib ToolBox ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trendzlib ToolBox provides free online tools for PDF merging and manipulation, image compression and optimisation, QR code generation, text summarisation, resume building, colour palette generation, and other utility tools as added. All tools process files locally in your browser. We do not store or have access to your files.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content; attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the Service; use automated systems (bots) to abuse the Service; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

3.2 No Registration Required

Our Service is free and requires no registration or account creation. You can use all tools anonymously.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Trendzlib and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any files or content you process using our tools. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not access or store your files.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendzlib ToolBox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data or files; loss of profits or business opportunities; or any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Always maintain backup copies of important files before processing them with our tools. While we strive for accuracy, errors can occur.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any reason, block IP addresses that abuse the Service, or remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendzlib ToolBox and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trendzlib ToolBox regarding the Service.
